Infrastructure Services
Core Node Digital provides custom Next.js engineering, speed and conversion overhauls, and monthly local SEO retainers. Each engagement begins with a full technical audit and a written scope covering deliverables, timelines, and exclusions.

Performance Guarantees
A 90+ Google PageSpeed Insights score is guaranteed on every system we architect, measured on desktop and mobile lab data, excluding third-party analytics, tracking scripts, and assets outside our control that the client insists on retaining.

Client Responsibilities & Domain Access
Clients must provide timely access to their domain registrar, DNS records, and any third-party accounts required for deployment. Delays in providing access shift the agreed delivery timeline accordingly. Clients confirm they hold the authority to grant such access.

Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, components, and architecture engineered for their project. Core Node Digital retains ownership of its internal frameworks, reusable components, and process tooling used across client engagements.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
